We are happy to accept new patients on a first opinion, second opinion or referral basis.

On arrival, you will be requested to fill in a Registration document so we have your correct details and important contact information.   Please allow extra time on your first visit to find the practice and allow for the Registration process,   before your sceduled appointment time.

If you are currently registered with another veterinary practice,   we will require either a referral letter from that veterinary practice or we will have to make contact with them for a detailed case history before we can see you.   It is important for the health of your pet that we have up to date medical records but also so that we are complying with the Guide to Professional Conduct as issued by our governing body,   the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

Where clients do not live within an acceptable distance from the surgery they are advised to make arrangements for emergency care of their pet with a more local practice, should such a situation occur

We will be available only during the following times:-
