We are happy to accept new patients on a first opinion, second opinion or referral basis.

NOTE CURRENTLY when attending the Surgery,   there will be   STRICT PROTOCOLS   in place,   Only one client with their pet will be allowed to enter the Surgery Premises just before their appointment.   Animals for examination will be taken by a Nurse into the consultation room with the Vet,   whilst the Client will be shown to a seperate room where the Video Consultation can be undertaken thereby still allowing you to see the examination of your pet and fully discuss your concerns with the Veterinary Surgeon without direct contact.   This Protocol is in place for Your and Our safety.

On arrival, you will be requested to fill in a Registration document so we have your correct details and important contact information.   Please allow extra time on your first visit to find the practice and allow for the Registration process

If you are currently registered with another veterinary practice,   we will require either a referral letter from that veterinary practice or we will have to make contact with them for a detailed case history before we can see you.   It is important for the health of your pet that we have up to date medical records but also so that we are complying with the Guide to Professional Conduct as issued by our governing body,   the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

Where clients do not live within an acceptable distance from the surgery they are advised to make arrangements for emergency care of their pet with a more local practice, should such a situation occur

We will be available only during the following times:-

Please remember your own Health and unless there is an Urgency please stay at Home with your pets

Please,   Please do   NOT   turn up at the surgery without having telephoned us first
