Except for very urgent cases or emergencies,   you should always make an appointment in advance so that you can see the veterinarian of your choice.   Please telephone our receptionists on 01708 384444 or drop in to make an appointment.

We are usually able to offer an appointment on the same day you contact us,   if that is what you require.   If you do not have an appointment and need to be seen urgently we will try to fit you in when you arrive,   if it is within surgery hours,   but you must be prepared to wait and you will not necessarily see the veterinarian of your choice.

If you find that you no longer need your booked appointment or are unable to keep it,   it is most important that you let us know so that we can offer your appointment slot to another client.   The correct working of the Appointment system depends on the co-operation of our Clients whilst abuse of the system results only in inconvenience and irritation for all concerned.

We will do our utmost to run to time but due to the nature of medical treatment and unpredictability of investigations and examinations required, there may be times when this is not possible.   If someone arriving after you is seen before you,   it will be because their appointment was booked for a time before yours.   If you are late for an appointment,   you will still be seen but you may have to wait for a suitable opportunity for us to see you in between,   or after,   those clients that have arrived on time for their appointments.
